Former Barcelona boss Luis Enrique has decided to return to management next season, preferably with a Premier League club. Chelsea are currently leading the chase for him, but a move to Arsenal has not been ruled out. (Mundo Deportivo)
Athletic Bilbao goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga says he was not scared of the reaction from fans on his return to the team after being the subject of Real Madrid transfer talk during January. The 23-year-old looked set to join the Spanish champions, but Zinedine Zidane repeatedly insisted he didn’t need a goalkeeper and Arrizabalaga ended up signing a new deal with the Basque side.
Speaking after returning to action in his side’s draw with Las Palmas, Arrizabalaga said: “I wasn’t worried about the reception from the fans because I’ve always maintained the stance of not speaking about rumours. The fans have always been very good to me, and they were better than I could have imagined.” (Marca)

Tottenham striker Fernando Llorente admits he misses his life in Italy. The Spanish forward’s current side will face his old team Juventus in the Champions League last 16 and he admits he found it hard leaving the Serie A champions back in 2015, telling Tuttosport: “Juve is a difficult place to leave. I left the Vinovo training ground crying. It’s also true what David Trezeguet said: It’s only when you leave Juventus that you realise what you had. I miss it like crazy and would love to return.” (Tuttosport)
AC Milan are considering offering interim head coach Gennaro Gattuso a permanent deal. The Rossoneri’s form has improved under their former midfielder who was promoted from youth team coach after Vincenzo Montella’s dismissal in November. His new contract would run until June 2020. Guilherme Siqueira is a Napoli transfer target. The left-back is a free agent after being released by Atletico Madrid last summer following a loan spell with Valencia. With Faouzi Ghoulam fracturing his kneecap in training, the Serie A leaders are short in that position and are looking for players out of contract to cover his injury. (Sky Sport Italia)
Portugal
