Happiness, Top Secret To Healthy And Successful Life

Happiness like it is said, is when the things you do, the things you say as well as the things you think about are in harmony. Happiness goes beyond positive mood, it is a state of being that encompasses a good life, that is to say, with a sense of meaning and deep satisfaction.
Happiness enlightens a person and opens up a persons mind to positive thoughts and thereby helps one to grow effectively. In contrast to happiness, anger, the state of emotion that is characterised by antagonism towards something or someone can be quite dangerous as it triggers the adrenal glands which floods the body with stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol. When these is in circulation, the brain shunts blood away from the guts and towards the muscles, causing heart rate, blood pressure to increase, respiration also increases, the body temperature rises and the skin begins to perspire leaviing the hairs on it standing. The mind becomes sharpened, focused and determined.
Although getting angry can help in exposing out the truth and also helps people to know how bitter a person feels inside thereby helping you as a person too to correct mistakes and be as good as careful, but it doesn't matter how good it might be, happiness is always a far more better option to it.

Below are detailed reasons why you should try being happy,
* Happy people are more productive:
Take for example, in a place of work, when the boss is a playful person who always puts on a happy face rather than a mean one, the workers tend to be closer and thereby create a close relationship with the boss which can in turn helps in improving the working standard, creates an arena for clearer and better understanding of what is expected to be done. Similarly in a plan were the boss is always mean and angry, the workers would be afraid to ask the person some questions where necessary because they are afraid if what the result could be. So being happy is just the coolest feeling because when you are happy the people around you will be happy and these will lead to a higher yield or productivity.
* It improves the physical health:
Research has shown that Happiness helps a person to battle against stress, helps reduce the risk of heart attack (high blood pressure). It also helps the mind to settle and also slows down the rate at which cells die.
* Happiness makes a person to work at best: Everyone can attest to the fact that when a task is carried out with love and happiness, the whole thing will go smoothly, but when it is carried out by an angry person, may be due to the fact that the person was forced to do just what he/she was doing the task can end up being a total disaster.
When you are happy, everything seems possible and everything done seems just so easy but when anger is there, every single thing becomes so hard and tough to deal with.
* Happiness creates success much more than success creates happiness:
This section is in fact self explanatory. For instance, when you are promoted in your place of work, you'd be very happy that you can even throw a party.
In the same way, if a person just feeling so happy gives out a job opportunity to individuals who really need it and cab fut to the space, then the person will not just put smile in one persons face, rather he/she will end up putting smiles and sharing Happiness to so many people. So therefore it is proven that happiness creates success even more than success creates happiness.
In conclusion, happiness should be attained by all cost, we shouldn't joke with it. No matter what the situation might be, I strongly believe that if it is handled properly and taken care with a happy face instead of an angry or an odd face..
So never joke with it, never compromise it and never forget to share happiness around. Remember that good things shouldn't be kept to oneself, but its best enjoyed when shared among others. Thank you for reading this article.

Finally it's here, Remedy for bald head is here..

If you are tired, frustrated and embarrassed about how your bald hair and severe hair loss makes you look unattractive, unkempt and even older than you age, then this will be the most important message you will ever read.

Here is why.

The reason why I said so is because I was once like you... I used to look like a bald, ugly old man such that, people used to laugh and mock me about my severe hair loss that I was experiencing.

Let me quickly narrate one my very sad experience for you:

Sometimes back, I attended a university coursemate wedding reception.

It was also like a re-union because most people I met there were former university course mates.

Well, at the wedding reception, a group of my former course mates approached me... and after a small chat... they started laughing at me.

They laughed real hard and start calling me names, like "gorimapa", "codo bald hair", “baldy” and some even called me "ba man", meaning "bald man" for short.

It was embarrassing to me.

But, I thought that was all... until one of my close friend pat me on my bald hair, and started rubbing it. Deep inside me, it made me very angry.

Truth is, my bald hair problem started back when I was still in the university, I noticed that my hair was beginning to fall off gradually.

Now, that I met with friends, my bald hair condition has gone even worse with almost no hair on my head!
Go here now to the Hair treatment solution that cures Baldness: http://jaramarket.com/hairtcho.htm

My severe hair loss problem was a difficult situation for me, it made me felt ashamed, made me unattractive and I did not like my looks one bit.

Fact is, baldness causes depression, low self esteem and makes people think you look older and ugly.

At first, I considered hair transplant surgery... but it was really expensive.

Then I started getting advice from friends and families about different things to try...

So, I started to try several things like

- Mixing marijuana (locally known as weed or “igbo”) with methylated spirit and rubbing it on my hair but my hair did not grow, it only left with annoying bald spots all over my head

- I used onion and vinegar, some friends even advised me to use raw eggs just to try it but it was a complete waste of effort

- What about creams, oil, spray and many products in the market and sold by beauty stores… they were plain waste of my money

- I even used drugs… these hair treatment drugs were expensive but apart from that these drugs has a major side effect, so I had to stop using it

But I did not give up, I started researching about hair loss online, and looking for solution to the problem because it really made me uncomfortable and affected my appearance.

At last! The breakthrough finally came. One day while browsing on the internet, I chatted with my old time friend who was in the (United States) USA.

I opened up to him about how my bald hair problem was giving me issues and what he used to re-grow his own because back then when we were in school, he used to have a terrible bald hair too.

At first, when I sent him a picture of bad my hair looks now, he laughed at me.

He simply said “The Bald Hair Problem is Hereditary… Hair Loss problem comes from Deep in the family, But It starts showing its ugly self once the man ages between 35 to 50years above”

Truth is, he was right, I quickly remembered that my sister, grandma and my dad used to have a terrible hair loss problem.

But that was not all, my friend quickly introduced me to a very rare ASIAN serum that he used to permanently cure hair loss, and

Health Workers Begin Nationwide Indefinite Strike

Joint Health Sector Union (JOHESU), Health Workers, StrikeThe Joint Health Sector Union (JOHESU) says it has commenced nationwide indefinite strike in earnest.
Obisesan Oluwatuyi, General Secretary of the Nigerian Union of Allied Health Professionals (NUAHP) disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday in Abuja.
Mr Oluwatuyi said that they would not call off the strike until government meets their demands.
He said: “The soldiers have been let loose, no retreat, no surrender until government does the needful.”
Members of the JOHESU had earlier threatened to embark on a nationwide indefinite strike beginning on Tuesday midnight, due to alleged federal government’s failure to meet their demands.
Josiah Biobelemoye, president of the union, who issued the strike notice on Monday, attributed the industrial action to what he described as the “insensitivity and lackadaisical attitude of drivers of the health sector.”
He directed all JOHESU members in federal health institutions across the country to commence the strike at midnight of April 17.
Mr Biobelemoye listed their demands to include upward adjustment of the Consolidated Health Salary Structure (CONHESS) Salary Scale, arrears of skipping of CONHESS 10 and employment of additional health professionals.
Other demands are implementation of court judgments and upward review of retirement age from 60 to 65 years.
Mr Biobelemoye said that the union suspended its last nationwide strike on September 30, last year, after signing a Memorandum of Terms of Settlement (MOTS), with the federal government.
According to him, the MOTS was supposed to be implemented within five weeks after the date of suspension of the strike.
He, however, noted that six months after the suspension of the nationwide strike, the government was yet to do anything tangible over the pending issues.
According to him, the union had on February 5 given a fresh 21 days ultimatum to enable government meet the agreement reached.
The JOHESU president stated that the union gave an additional 30 working days effective from March 5, after the expiration of the earlier 21 days ultimatum.
Mr Biobelemoye, who described the union members as peace lovers, emphasised that the 45 days was given simply because the union had the interest of the masses at heart.
“It is disheartening to note that after six months of suspension of our last strike and still counting, the Federal Government has not done anything tangible over pending issues, especially on the flagship issue of CONHESS adjustment and payment of arrears of CONHESS 10 skipping.
“JOHESU as a mature and responsible organisation gave 21 days notice on Feb. 5, this year, in the first instance to enable the Federal Government to do the needful.
“At the expiration of the 21 days notice, the leadership of JOHESU reconvened to re-appraise the situation on ground and noted the lackadaisical attitude of the government toward the implementation of the Memorandum of Terms of Settlement signed on Sept. 30.
“On April 5, 2018, the Minister of Labour and Employment invited the leadership of JOHESU for a meeting wherein we were told that our issues were still being looked into. This shows that government is taking JOHESU for a ride,’’ he said.
He urged members at the states and local government health institutions on continuous sensitisation and mobilisation for possible solidarity strike, if government failed to attend to their demands.
He also called on well-meaning Nigerians including traditional leaders, elder statesmen, opinion leaders and the general public to prevail on government to implement MOTS entered into with JOHESU on Sept. 30, 2017.
Mr Biobelemoye said JOHESU members were not clamouring for equality with doctors but equity and justice, advising medical doctors and the Federal Ministry of Health to change their perception of the demands.
NAN reports that JOHESU draws its membership from the National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives (NANNM), Medical and Health Workers Union (MHWUN), and Senior Staff Association of University Teaching Hospitals.
Others include Research Institutes and Associated Institutions, Nigeria Union of Allied Health Professionals and Non-academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutes.

Four Foods You Can Totally Eat After The Expiration Dates

When you read labels either at home or at the grocery store you probably pay close attention to the expiration dates because you don’t want to consume anything that can be harmful to you.
Basically, the expiration dates lets customers know when the food product is at peak quality and freshness. But eating food before the sell-by date is not exactly a hard-and-fast rule.
Keeping an eye on the use-by date is important, but you don’t have to discard your food. While it obviously depends on the food item and how much time has elapsed since the expiration date, in some cases, you can still eat food a few days past its use-by date. Doing this is healthy and can also help minimize food waste and spending.
If you are wondering whether you should toss that cereal or biscuits, jhere are 4 foods that are usually OK to eat past their sell-by dates.
Canned Foods
As a general rule of thumb, the more refined and processed a food is, the longer you can keep it past the expiration date. This principle aptly applies to canned foods as well, provided they have been stored in a cool, dark area to minimize decay.
With that being said, it is important you watch out for signs of spoilage, which you’ll notice either on the exterior of the can or upon opening it. A bulging top or bottom, a leaky seal, dents, or rust on the can itself are usually a sign that you need to throw it out.
Furthermore, you should also take a good look at what’s inside the can. The signs of botulism are a bubbling and frothy texture at the top of the can that you don’t want to taste, because it is not only unhealthy but also poisonous.
Dairy Products
Dairy products such as yogurt, milk, and cheese are usually safe until signs of spoilage are evident. In the case of milk, this can be up to five days past the sell-by date, while cheese (especially hard cheese) can last for a little bit longer.
This however doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t check for signs of spoilage. The signs may include bad odour or clumpy or chunky consistency.
Cereals And Other Grains
According to food and drug regulatory agencies, it is usually OK to eat cereal, pasta, or cookies past the expiration date, even though they might taste slightly more stale.
If your cereals or Grains emanates a strong odour, however, or there are bites or tears in the package, that could indicate rodent contamination, it is best for you to immediately discard or toss the package.
Frozen Fruits And Vegetables
For the most part, it’s totally healthy to eat frozen fruits and vegetables past their expiration date, even if they have freezer burn. The freezer burn might actually affect the taste of the item, but it’ll likely still be safe to eat.
With that being said, try your best not to defrost an item and refreeze it. Doing so is potentially hazardous as you may just be harbouring bacteria.

NIGERIA FEARS WORST LASSA FEVER OUTBREAK-WHO

2nd Lassa fever death in Ebonyi
Nigeria is suffering its worst outbreak of Lassa fever, the World Health Organization (WHO) said on Wednesday, as local health officials said 72 people had died since the start of this year.
“Nigeria’s Lassa fever outbreak has reached record highs, with 317 laboratory confirmed cases,” the WHO said in a statement, quoting figures from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
Lassa fever, named after the town in northern Nigeria where it was first identified in 1969, is endemic but the number of confirmed cases “has never reached” this level before, it added.
On February 6, 31 people were reported to have died from the disease, which is caused by a virus of the same family as Marburg and Ebola.
But in an update, the NCDC said: “Since the onset of the 2018, 325 cases have been classified as: 317 confirmed cases, eight probable cases with 72 deaths.”
Fourteen health workers have been affected by the virus in six states.
The WHO said a total of 2,845 people who have come into contact with patients have been identified and were being monitored.
Worst-hit by the virus is Edo state, in the south, where Crusoe Osagie, a media aide to the state government, said mostly rural areas were affected.
“Edo state is the only state with Lagos to have a special treating hospital for this disease, which is in Irrua,” he told AFP. “People come here from all over. ”
The federal-owned facility usually deals with about a hundred cases each year but has already handled that number in the last two months, he added.
WHO said it was supporting the NCDC effort to contain the disease and treat those affected in treatment centres across the country.
“The ability to rapidly detect cases of infection in the community and refer them early for treatment improves patients’ chances of survival and is critical to this response,” said the world body’s representative in Nigeria, Wondimagegnehu Alemu.
Lassa fever is spread through contact with food or items contaminated with rats’ urine or faeces or after coming into direct contact with the bodily fluids of an infected person.
It can be prevented by enhanced hygiene and avoidance of all contact with rats.
More than 100 people were killed in 2016 in an outbreaks affecting 14 of the 36 states, including Lagos and the capital Abuja.

DRINKING JUST TWO BOTTLES OF ALCOHOL CAN MAKE YOU AGGRESSIVE

Kaduna Moves To Amend Law Prohibiting Alcohol Consumption
There is a high chance that you know that after you consume two bottles of alcohol, you start acting like a jerk but you most likely dont know why.
According to researchers at the University of New South Wales in Australia, there is a high possibility that it will take only two bottles of alcoholic drinks to inhibit the proper functioning of your prefrontal cortex, the region of your brain that regulates things like decision-making and social behaviour. That area also generally keeps you from lashing out at your perfectly innocent friends.
The reaearchers employed the use of magnetic resonance imaging scans which is commonly known as MRI to test the link between alcohol consumption and aggressiveness. They also used it to measure changes in the way blood flows through a human brain when that human has had some alcohol.
To conduct their study, the reseatchers recruited 50 young, healthy men and gave them either two vodka-based drinks or a placebo. The men were then instructed to complete a competitive task against a computer designed to test their aggressive tendencies. They also switched things up by making their “opponent” deliberately provoke them.
The interesting part of the study was that provocation didn’t affect the subjects’ MRI readings whether they’d received the placebo or the drinks.
However, when the men chose to act aggressively, the MRIs of the guys who had been drinking showed a drop in activity of their prefrontal cortex, while the placebo group showed no such change.
The description of the research and the results of the study was published in the scientific journal Cognitive, Affective, & Behavioral Neuroscience.
The prefrontal cortex has long been believed to be responsible for drinking-induced aggression, perhaps because it is the brain’s command center, and is thought to be responsible for lots of things.
There has however not been much neuroimaging data — like MRI scans — to back such claims up and that is why studies like this are essentially important.
As the researchers noted in their paper, alcohol consumption is a factor in about half of all violent crimes. The more data like this that are available, the more fully we are able to understand the process by which drunk people become violent people.
When people are sober, they are able to inhibit their behaviour, but ehen they consume alcohol in large quantities, there’s that disinhibition of alcohol that affects their ability to control their actions.
The theories propounded by the research include patterns like alcohol myopia, which refers to the tunnel vision that can take hold of heavy drinkers and cause them to focus disproportionately on something that they might otherwise consider unimportant or inappropriate, like starting a fight.
However, despite the fact that alcohol is widely acknowledged to increase aggression, the relationship isn’t invariable. As such, it doesn’t necessarily mean that because you drink, you’re going to become aggressive.
Aggressiveness can depend on a lot of different factors within a person, and it could be biological as well as neurological. Other factors such as cultural and environmental can also have an effect. For instance, a lot of drunk people might still not be aggressive if they were in church, because there’s a strong cultural component that says they shouldn’t do that.

BEST EXERCISE MOVES FOR WOMEN

While a lot of African women have large butts, some have resulted to mastering squats, deadlifts, and lunges to get something larger than nature has blessed them with. However, building functional strength and a fully-formed booty actually requires moving in every direction, not just those up-down exercises.
The glute complex which includes the glute maximus, minimus, and medius muscles of the butt are primarily involved in hip extension (squatting) and lateral leg abduction and rotation (stepping out, stepping in).
As such, side-to-side movements like lateral lunges and mini-band walks are what you need to get the larger butt you desire. Which of these exercises works your backside best? Lateral mini-band seems to be the best.
In a low lateral lunge, it’s only at the bottom that the glutes are fully contracting. As you straighten your legs, you let go of your glutes, which means they aren’t working anymore. The lateral walk, on the other hand, works your booty non-stop, as you step from one end of the room to the other.
Lateral mini band walks are a favorite exercise of physical therapists to strength coaches because they help to light the glutes on fire in a way that’s very difficult to mimic any other way.
During the lateral walk, you’ve got that hip hinge and lateral step to work all sides of your glutes. And, as a bonus, the mini bands helps to fight against that lateral leg movement and this will increase the energy to your abductors and glutes, to make them even more larger.
Lateral Mini-Band Walk
To perform the lateral mini-band walk, stand with your feet slightly wider than your shoulder width, knees bent and a mini-band looped around your calves. Step your right foot out to the right, followed by your left, keeping tension on the band and your feet painted forward.
Complete reps, then repeat steps to the left. Continuously performing this exercise will make your butt larger.
Low Lateral Lunge
The low lateral lunge requires you to stand with your feet about twice shoulder-width apart. Shift your weight to your right leg as you push your hips backward and lower your body by dropping your hips and bending your knees.
Keep your right leg perpendicular to the floor and your left foot on the ground. Without raising yourself back up to standing, reverse the movement to the left. That’s one rep. Perform 10 reps at a time at least each day

Consequences Of Using Steroids Every Bodybuilder Must Know

Every regular bodybuilder always has the idea of juicing up with steroids, since most think that after putting in all the required work to sculpt their bodied, they need to reap the rewards.
As a matter of fact, most steroid users are just regular guys who just want to bulk up, according to findings published in Endocrine Reviews. The actual numbers of steroid users are hard to come by, though estimates suggest that up to 20 percent of men who do recreational strength training have taken anabolic steroids at some point in their lifting history.
One of the common reasons bodybuilders choose to use anabolic steroids is in hopes of more rapid muscle gains from their workout program. It can actually be very tempting if you workout and see other guys at the gym taking them with huge results.
However, just because steroids are popular doesn’t make them safe. Here are some of the terrible consequences and side effects of steroids every bodybuilder must know.
Uncontrolled Acne
Steroids tend to affect your skin by causing your oil glands to produce more fat and cholesterol, which makes your skin greasier and also prompting your skin to ramp up production of bacteria. A combination of these can clog your pores and lead to pimples.
While the oil and bacteria production and the resulting zits that come with it, will go away after you stop juicing, you could be left with lifelong damage. Acne caused by steroids can be severe and it can also increase the risk for permanent scarring.
High Blood Pressure
The hormones found in steroids can cause your body to retain sodium and fluids within a matter of days. This helps to put extra stress on your blood vessels, which can lead to high blood pressure.
As a matter of fact, when researchers measured the Blood Pressure of regular steroid users, their numbers were, on average, 8 to 10 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) higher compared to men who didn’t take steroids.
Chronically high blood pressure can cause your heart muscles to stiffen, which can lead to heart disease or heart failure.
Even though the effects can be reversed within a few days of stopping steroids, if your heart muscle has already sustained damage, that could lead to a permanent increase in your diastolic blood pressure because your heart has to work harder to pump blood through your body.
Increased Risk Of A Heart Attack
Steroids can increase your low density lipoproteins (LDL or bad) cholesterol and lower your High density Lipoproteins (HDL or good) cholesterol.
Both of these can cause atherosclerosis, a condition when your arteries become more narrow with plaque which can lead to a heart attack. This happens because steroids alter the production of hepatic triglyceride lipase, an enzyme in the liver that’s responsible for cholesterol regulation.
Acting Aggressively
Steroids have the ability to make you irritable and aggressive. They can send you into a full-on rage and make you do things that normally you wouldn’t do. They can also make you more anxious, and you could end up responding violently in an effort to protect yourself.
The high levels of testosterone hijacks your central nervous system and suppresses the production of the feel-good neurotransmitter serotonin which makes you prone to feeling angry or stressed.
Growing Breasts
Male hormones can actually give you man boobs in some months. That’s because certain enzymes in the body can convert testosterone into estradiol (a form of estrogen), which promote the growth of breast tissue.
The worse part of things is that the results will be permanent, even if you stop using the drugs. Once your breast tissue expands, it’ll never go back to its original size.
Baldness
With time, you may notice some of your hair thinning within weeks or months after starting steroids. A High level of the testosterone hormone can induce alopecia, or baldness. And since anabolic steroids send your testosterone levels through the roof, they usually cause hair loss.
Testosterone is so good at causing hair loss that hair-restoring drugs like Propecia actually work by blocking the hormone. Once your hair is gone, it won’t come back—even after you stop using.
Infertility
All the extra testosterone from the steroids can shrink your testicles and reduce your sperm count. Too-high levels of the hormone can suppress the production of luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone, which are important precursors for the testicles to produce sperm.
Problems with sperm production affect almost half of all steroid users. While it is reversible, it can take months or even years for things to get back to normal.

SHOCKING THINGS YOU NEVER KNEW COULD GIVE YOU BAD BREATH

There is a high chance that you already know that eating garlic and certain types of foods is the worst thing to do right before a date because it will give you bad breath, but what else can give you a bad case of stank breath?
Aside from the obvious culprits, like smoking, dry mouth, or halitosis, there are actually a few other, less obvious causes for bad breath.
The good news however is that once you can identify the cause, there are a few quick things you can do to get rid of bad breath. The bad news however is that you might have to temporarily change up a few aspects of your lifestyle, such as your diet.
Here are a fee things that can cause your bad breath and how you can freshen up immediately.
Ketogenic Diet
The ketogenic diet has been trendy of late and even though you might be getting your fill of crispy ham and eggs on the keto diet, you may also be getting some nasty breath. When you are on a ketogenic diet, you force their body to create molecules called ketones.
A specific ketone, called acetone, tends to be excreted in the breath and urine. Acetone has a funky smell that some people say is like rotten fruit.
Due to the fact that you are reducing your carbohydrates and increasing fat intake to use ketones, rather than glucose, for energy and fuel, your body needs to get used to the transition. The good thing is that your bad breath is only a temporary side effect. Once your body gets used to this ketogenic state (1-2 weeks), the bad breath should subside.
Paleo Diet
Like the Keto Diet, the Paleo Diet requires you to cut down on carbohydrates. But Paleo focuses on increasing your protein intake, rather than eating more fat. Unfortunately, the potential side effect of Paleo and Keto is the same: bad breath.
Paleo diets are often high in protein and high consumption of protein has been linked to bad breath in some people. Eating lots of protein can cause an increase in ammonia which causes a foul smell in the mouth, which is sometimes described as ‘fishy’ or even smelling like urine.
To get rid of bad breath when you are on the Paleo Diet, you have to replace some of the protein in your diet with other paleo-friendly foods. Excess protein in your diet won’t actually be beneficial and may be straining your digestive organs.
Increase your intake of olive oil, nuts, seeds and coconut oil. You can also eat more unprocessed carbs, such as sweet potatoes and fruits.
You Have Acid Reflux
If you have chest burning, burping, and pain, chances are you have acid reflux. Acid reflux is caused by inflammation of the esophagus and certain lifestyle or dietary habits. It can cause bad breath, because the acid extends up from the stomach and into the mouth.
Acid reflux can contribute to tooth erosion and other dental/gum problems. If someone also has ulcers, kidney failure, diabetes, metabolic dysfunction or liver disease in addition to acid reflux/heartburn, then they are even more likely to deal with bad breath.
If you suspect you might have acid reflux, it is best to see a doctor. You can however reduce the effects by changing your diet. Avoid fried foods, fast food, and too much alcohol and coffee to nip it in the bud and improve your bad breath.
You Eat Little
You already know that cutting your food intake can lead to changes in your mood. Hunger can contribute to bad breath as well. Failing to eat for long periods of time or at a stretch can reduce the amount of saliva in your mouth, which causes dry mouth.
Inside a dry mouth, bacteria that cause unpleasant odours can multiply more easily, since saliva is needed to control them. Being hungry also changes production of bacteria and enzymes in your mouth, which sometimes leads to an usual smell.
To stop this, drink lots of water and have a couple of healthy snacks handy at work or on the move when you can readily get access to real food.
You Have Constant Headaches
If you’re prone to headaches, you may have noticed that you have bad breath too. If you also have a runny nose, increased mucus, shortness of breath, or fever, it’s possible that you have a sinus infection, which could lead to bad breath.
Sinus and respiratory infections can cause bad breath (or even halitosis) due to increased bacteria activity and tissue damage in the respiratory system.
If you however don’t have any other symptoms and your headaches are particularly painful, you may be prone to migraines. Drugs maybe effective but try and track your sleep habits or dietary choices to identify potential triggers.
In all, keep your mouth fresh, for everyone’s sake. In addition to maintaining good dental hygiene, drink lots of water to remove bad breath. You can also try flossing after meals, brushing or scraping your tongue.
